The Boccaccio flat (Giovanni Boccaccio, Italian poet born in Florence, (1313 - 1375) is situated on the ground floor of the estate on the right-hand side. In front of the entrance there is a dehors, with tables and seats for dining outside with a view of the sea and swimming pool. Sun beds are also available.
It occupies an area of about 85 m² and is suitable for 5-7 persons as it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The living room is the largest room with a double sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and a wc, the other with a bath/shower, a washbasin, a bidet and a wc. The entrance is independent and enjoys the large garden visible in the photo, full kitchen with dishwasher.
The flat is air conditioned and is also available for the disabled people.
